HISTORY
The story of AIESEC 2015 begins in 2010, India, when AIESEC Globally defines the ambition for 2015. However, in 2005, AIESEC in Portugal decided not to plan for 2010. ​Only in 2008/2009, during May 2008 the MC decided to plan goals and statements for 2010.
In 2010, AIESEC in Portugal didn't learn the lesson and didn't plan goals for 2015 once again. It was the generation of 2013/2014 who decided to do a medium-term plan of 2 years for 2014 and 2015.
In NatCo 2013, during the month of December, AIESEC in Portugal joined the leadership bodies of the organization to build together the Leadership Promise, the statements and the Goals for 2015.

Leaders who are able to connect with people around (inside AIESEC and with external world). Only if we are able to be connected and collaborate we will create a positive impact. This also means to be connected with previous and future generations.
The society and the organization need people who follow certain values, in our case AIESEC values. They will base their behaviors and decisions on AIESEC values.
The society and the organization need leaders who make things happen, people who are able to put theirs or others ideas into actions and results. People who are results-oriented.
